Session Fee
A $200 Non-Refundable Session Fee is required in order to secure your session in my schedule. This Session Fee is waived when you book a Newborn Session at the same time! ($200 Savings)

Choose Your Images
One week following your session, you will receive a Proofing Gallery where you will choose a Maternity Collection A, B, or C and you will also choose the images you want me to edit/keep.
Save Your Memories
2 Weeks following your Collection choice & payment, you will receive a download link with your fully edited and retouched images. You will also be able to order prints and products at that time if desired.

Frequently Asked Questions
When Are Maternity Photos Typically Taken?
Maternity Photography Sessions are typically scheduled when mama is around 33-35 weeks along, just in case baby comes early! This is also usually before mom gets too uncomfortable! With multiples, I recommend closer to 29 or 30 weeks along.
Are Maternity Photoshoots done in Studio or Outdoors?
Both! Depending on time of year, and/or preference, I offer both types of sessions. You may see examples of both types of work at the top of this page. Studio Sessions are done in the morning around 10am, and outdoor sessions are done at locations in and around Salem, approximately 2 hours before sunsets. This start time varies throughout the year.
Are partners and children included, or it is just mom?
Absolutely. While the focus will be on mom and her belly, I absolutely welcome and included partners, and other children or siblings.
Will you help me figure out what to wear?
Sure! I can offer my advice and recommendations on what to wear, and maybe more importantly, what not to wear! Depending on if you are doing studio or outdoors, my recommendations may change a bit.
I’m nervous about posing. Will you help me with this?
OF COURSE! That is my job. Your job is just to show up, it’s MY job to show you how to pose, and make sure we capture your beauty!
Why Maternity Photos?
Let’s be honest. Getting Maternity Photos done is something that you might have to really talk yourself into. I sure did, and I’m a photographer! When I was pregnant with my twins, the last thing I wanted to do was get out of my pjs, do my hair and makeup, and get all dressed up. I was exhausted and I think a lot of moms can relate with that.
But I Am So Glad I Did.
There is so much Beauty in Pregnancy. Even when you can’t’ see it, maybe don’t feel your best, you have swollen ankles, and just getting out the door is utterly exhausting, I can promise you that you will not regret having these photos to look back on. The moment your baby arrives and is earthside, you will have a moment where you are like “I am really glad I got maternity photos done” Truly, it is just an hour of your time, and now you will have memories forever of this incredible accomplishment.
Pregnancy Is Truly an Accomplishment.
It’s a feat. And you need to celebrate that. And for some, (like for me) it might be a once in a lifetime experience. Every day of pregnancy might even be a fight for you. There is a grit and determination that women posses and getting Maternity Photos for yourself is a celebration and honor of that.
It’s A Season in Life That Is Unlike Any Other.
The expectation. The wondering of who your baby will be. Who they will look like. The excitement to finally see them in that cute little outfit you paid entirely too much for. Those special moments with your partner, dreaming and planning for your future. It’s incredible and absolutely worth photographing. Don’t let anyone convince you otherwise.
