1:1 Newborn Photography In-Person Full Day Mentoring

1:1 Photography Basic Mentoring (non-newborn)

1:1 Newborn Mentoring sessions, whether virtual or in-person, are tailored to both novice newborn photographers looking to enhance their craft and or even seasoned photographers seeking to refine their Newborn Photography skills.

All in-person mentoring will be held in my studio in Salem, Oregon.

These personalized one on one Mentoring sessions are designed to target your specific areas of learning and growth, ensuring you have everything you need to grow your business.

Soothing techniques

How to prep parents
Newborn safety
Beanbag posing & prep
Choosing, prepping and working with props
Session/Posing workflow (getting the most out of your pose)
Studio Lighting and Camera Settings
Macro shooting
Editing (Photoshop)
Organizing & Editing (Lightroom)
Workflow (importing/culling/uploading etc) as well as my backup process.
Hands on posing with baby during the second portion of the day (with my guidance) and you will be able to use the images you take for your portfolio.

*Please note there is a 70 mile restriction on 1:1 Mentoring, as is industry standard.

I also offer basic Photography training, (non-newborn) and this is open to anyone including local photographers or just those who want to learn more about their camera.

For all mentoring, is encouraged to have basic knowledge of manual camera settings, including ISO, shutter speed and aperture and how they all work together.
