Baby milestone photography celebrates every stage, whether it’s 6 month portraits, 8 month sitter sessions, or first birthday photos you’ll treasure forever
Take it from a mom of twins, this first year will move faster than anything you have ever experienced.
One minute you are on maternity leave. The next, you are scheduling daycare tours. Suddenly they are sitting up. Then crawling. Then pulling to stand.
And you find yourself folding their 12-18 month old clothes, wondering how it is already their first birthday. You will make an emotional post on social media, and use a cell phone photo you took last week in between cleaning the kitchen and drinking your cold coffee.

WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO SCHEDULE MY BABY’S MILESTONE SESSION?
Baby Milestone Sessions are typically done around 6 Months and 1 Year, but they can be done anytime during their first year.
ARE BABY MILESTONE SESSIONS DONE IN STUDIO OR OUTDOOR?
Both! As long as baby is sitting unassisted, we can head outside. I have clients bring outfits for these sessions, but I provide all props for baby to sit in/on. All Baby Sessions are offered in my studio here in Salem, Oregon and I provide everything we need for those sessions. I additionally offer a Client Wardrobe for Baby Milestone Sessions in studio, so you don’t even need to bring outfits!
DO YOU OFFER ONE YEAR CAKE SMASH SESSIONS?
You bet! Cake Smash portion can be added right at the end of your 1 Year Milestone Session for either outdoor or studio. (For allergy/liability purposes, I have clients bring the cake.) I have a few darling backdrops you can choose from!
